Last Blade 2 in 1One of Snk's best titles. You get bth games in the Last Blade series at a price that's a steal. Despite what some users and some people at Shoryuken.com say, this is a very well made adaption of the neo geo cart.
The only thing i have personally noticed is the the music for the intros is off by about a half a second as compared to the arcade versions. As far as gameplay goes, any combo or trick you can do in the arcade versions of these games will work in the ps2 port.

There is noticible slowdown in some of the backrounds, but this is also present in the arcade versions of these games so you could say that that is arcade perfect.Gameplay wise some people say the games runs at slower than normal and there are missing frames and such. From all my testing i haven't noticed any of that. I play this version more than any other i have due to it's convenience. My friends and i all have a lot of fun playing this and Garou: mark of the wolves which you can also get on this site.Bottom line: unless you have the cash to get a neo geo and the cartridge for these games this is your best bet. Next best thing to arcade. Also get a decent arcade stick for a true gaming experience. These games will entertain you for a long time to come.
